Carlsbad, CA – October 4, 2018 – SSP Innovations announces Brunswick Topsham Water District to be the first customer to deploy MIMS Mobile Lite. District staff will now use mobile Android & iOS devices to conduct simplified photo inspections. The MIMS Mobile Lite rollout was up and running within a few days, benefiting from the existing MIMS infrastructure already in place.

Brunswick Topsham Water District is a regional water utility. The district maintains over 115 miles of water, operates three treatment facilities, and serves approximately 17,000 customers, including the communities of Brunswick, Topsham, and Bowdoin College.

MIMS, which stands for mobile information management system, streamlines fieldwork for utilities by automating inspection, maintenance, compliance, damage assessment, and capital construction programs. MIMS Mobile Lite extends this capability to iOS and Android devices.  MIMS was developed by TC Technology, which was acquired by SSP Innovations.
