SSP Innovation has been selected to deploy the Esri ArcGIS Enterprise solution on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud to optimize GIS data management and streamline operational efficiencies for New York Transco. The work is part of an overall Enterprise Work and Asset Management solution for NY Transco. SSP is partnering with Starboard Consulting to build a Maximo Spatial interface to GIS that will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and maintaining critical assets.

The project will involve a comprehensive setup of a federated ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and a registered ArcGIS Enterprise geodatabase within the AWS cloud environment.  SSP will establish the cloud environment where the Esri applications will be installed and accessed to support New York Transco’s Maximo-GIS integration in an integrated solution environment. This approach will allow for more efficient maintenance of the GIS data and conducting of other ArcGIS-related activities in support of New York Transco’s Enterprise Work and Asset Management (EWAM) software system.
