Dave DiSera works as a Principal Consultant and Manager of OCM at the GIS consulting company SSP Innovations.  Dave has 30+ years’ experience in GIS and IT strategy development, planning and implementation projects for utilities and local/regional government agencies. He also served for 6 years on the National Geospatial Advisory Committee providing advice to the Federal Geographic Data Committee and Secretary of the Interior in support of the President’s cabinet. Dave is a former Chief Information Officer and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
