Chris Spencer

Chris Spencer’s focus has been on organizational change management consulting, natural gas regulatory compliance and associated technology applications to achieve operational goals.  He has over 15 years of experience supporting operations and compliance of gas, electric, wastewater and water utilities.  Chris has functioned as technical lead for various technology projects related to mobile inspections of gas assets, operator qualification program compliance and geographic documentation of gas leak & repair events.  During the course of practicing change management, he has applied those principles to technology projects for both gas and electric utilities to help them achieve operational efficiencies.
