DENVER, March 04, 2016 — Memphis Light Gas & Water has hired SSP for a new project to provide a custom implementation of Esri Operations Dashboard to support the replacement of all meters in its service territory. The system will be a robust management dashboard to track the planning and installation of the electric gas and water meters currently installed.

The solution will utilize a combination of standard dashboard information (charts, graphs and data tables) with an operational geospatial view of the data to ultimately, and will ultimately provide a critical window into real-time progress on the large field effort as it unfolds.

MLGW is the nation’s largest three-service municipal utility, serving nearly 421,000 customers. Since 1939, MLGW has met the utility needs of Memphis and Shelby County residents by delivering reliable and affordable electricity, natural gas and water service.

The project began in early March.
