Date/Time: Tuesday, July 11th @ 1:00 PM
Location: Room 25 C | SDCC

Montana-Dakota Utilities Group (MDUG) is migrating to ArcGIS Enterprise and the UN Extension. MDUG GIS Technical Leadership understands that end-user success outcomes are derived from analyzing current state GIS operations, defining functional requirements, and performing gap analysis through future state workflows to establish more effective GIS Operations. The implementation of the ArcGIS Enterprise and the UN will facilitate the opportunity for process improvements across the enterprise GIS landscape to enable more consistent and streamlined workflows across multiple brands at MDUG.

Presenters: Jessica Upham, MDU, and Mark Mitchell, SSP Innovations

Date/Time: Wednesday, July 12th @ 2:30 PM
Location: Grand Ballroom 9 | Marriott

Vertically integrated gas utilities around the world are simultaneously modernizing their Enterprise Asset Management strategy along with their GIS technology and tools. This combination demands that utilities and vendors approach the project as more than a simple technology upgrade and data migration, but rather a complete review of all business data, workflows, and technology. This presentation will highlight how these large-scale enterprise programs are being approached at SSP, as well as how the workflows in GIS, and around the entire gas business, are being affected and improved.
