DENVER, OCTOBER 09, 2017 — Memphis Light Gas & Water (MLGW) has selected SSP to lead an upgrade of its GIS environment from version 10.1 to 10.2.1(c). The project will include upgrading ArcFM™ & ArcGIS server and client environments, ArcFM Server™, Designer™, Feeder Manager™ 2.0, Geodatabase Manager™, replication and a number of customizations.

SSP previously successfully led their upgrade from 9.3.1 to 10.2.1, and has provided several integration and customization enhancements to this GIS over several years. The project began in September.

This client is the nation’s largest three-service municipal utility, serving nearly 421,000 customers. Since 1939, MLGW has met the utility needs of Memphis and Shelby County residents by delivering reliable and affordable electricity, natural gas and water service.
