DENVER, Nov. 23, 2015 — Jackson Energy Authority has selected SSP to implement Schneider Electric’s Wavepoint™ software into its production GIS environment. The burgeoning product provides effective view and query capabilities via a beautiful browser-based interface for internal consumers of Fiber Manager™ data, utilizing ArcFM Server™ technology.

Wavepoint™ implementation has become a growing part of SSP’s GIS services offering, capitalizing on its existing expertise around ArcFM™, Fiber Manager™, and telecommunications business drivers.

Jackson Energy Authority is one of few public utilities in the United States offering customers all major utility services from one company. Providing reliable electric, gas, propane, water, wastewater, and broadband services, it serves about 40,000 residences, businesses and industry in Jackson, TN and parts of Madison County.

The project is slated to occur in December.
