A Midwest municipality has contracted with SSP to implement SSP SPANS. The utility will have 24-hour access 365 days a year to manage, report, and create agreements on joint use activity with attaching companies.

SSP SPANS is a web-based application that enables efficient communication, rigorous management, and timely and accurate reporting essential to the effective execution of utility/telecom joint use activities.
