Steve nearly fell into Niagara Falls once. Hiking in the Niagara Gorge he tried to find a way to climb up to the top away from the trail and ended up on the underside of the Rainbow Bridge, which is all gravel at a very steep incline. After sliding down 30 feet or so he managed to turn around and crawl to solid ground.
