DENVER, March 04, 2016 — Connexus Energy has selected SSP for two engagements toward the success of its Esri/Schneider Electric GIS. Firstly, SSP was chosen to provide support services around Connexus’ customizations and integrations for the year 2016. This project will involve bug fixes, updates and new functionality on as-needed basis.
Secondly, SSP was hired to provide an integration between the Responder™ outage management system and the MyMeter customer engagement software, allowing for Connexus’ customers to submit outages into the OMS via the web. SSP had previously successfully integrated the utility’s Responder™ OMS with another external application, the Clevest mobile work management system.
Connexus Energy is Minnesota’s largest electric cooperative, providing electricity and related products and services to homes and businesses in portions of Anoka, Chisago, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Sherburne, and Washington counties.
The support project began in January, and the integration project in February.
