Sara Carlson is the Administrative Manager for SSP Innovations and one of the most familiar faces to long-term clients. An established professional with years of administrative-management experience for corporate headquarters of companies including HP, Manpower and Quiznos, Carlson came to SSP in 2009. Back then, the company was still a one-desk shop in Skye Perry’s basement, and Carlson still remembers Skye Perry handing her three business cards – SSP’s first leads. Today, Carlson manages the growing SSP employee base and is a part of the HR team. She is also the brains and heart behind SSP’s generous annual charity work, including and especially the team’s wintertime donations. Carlson has a Master of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Sociology, and history minor. Sara, Courtney (daughter), and five pets live outside Denver. Her son Cameron is a student at Oklahoma State University. In her spare time, Carlson refurbishes furniture, paddleboards, and spends as much time as possible outside.
